Le Creuset 3-Ply Cookware uses the latest multi-layering technology, bonding an aluminium core between two layers of premium-grade stainless steel.
This allows heat to spread quickly and evenly throughout the entire pan - from base to rim.
It also makes it suitable for use on all heat sources, including induction, whilst also being ovenproof and dishwasher safe (though we always recommend handwashing).
