The Le Creuset non-stick Roasting Rack makes roasting easier and healthier. Made from heavy-gauge steel, the rack sits neatly inside the Le Creuset 3-ply Stainless Steel 35cm Roaster, allowing meat and poultry to sit above the base of the pan whilst juices, fat and oil flow freely into the base of the roaster. It's durable non-stick coating ensures excellent food release and is easy to clean. The lifting handles, generously sized to enable easy lifting when wearing oven gloves, are positioned on the long sides of the rack making it easier to remove from the pan when full.
This Le Creuset roasting rack measures L31.5cm x W26cm x H10cm, so is big enough to accommodate large joints of meat and poultry. It is also oven safe to 230°C/Gas Mark 8 and dishwasher safe.
