The Mason Cash Innovative Kitchen Pie Dish is made from stoneware which provides gradual and even heat distribution. A vented base also ensures optimal heat distribution as do the steep sides of the dish. An embossed interior provides easy pastry release whilst the pastry anchor prevents pastry slumping.
