This Mermaid by Samuel Groves Hard Anodised Companion Baking Tray, boasts a unique dark finish and is twice as hard as Stainless Steel, thanks to its Hard Anodised Aluminium construction.
The surface on this baking tray will never peel, flake or blister, if used correctly this baking tray will build up a Patina to make it virtually non-stick.
Extremely efficient in heat conduction and will support a consistent and even bake.
Suitable for use on gas, electric, ceramic hobs and can be used under the grill.
