The Microplane® Grate-N-Shake makes it easy and fun to add fresh spices to your drinks and family cooking. A half-teaspoon of cinnamon has been found to lower blood sugar. Nutmeg is known for its calming effects. Cinnamon is good for digestion. First grate, then shake, and then store the spice back in the bottom!
