This Nordic Ware 12" Flat Top Reversible Round Griddle, is highly versatile and can be used on the hob (gas, ceramic or electric), BBQ, in the oven or under the grill.
This reversible round griddle is made from heavy cast aluminum to support fast, even and reliable heating.
The flat-topped side is designed for sauteing vegetables, you can fry eggs on it, you can even cook pancakes or bake a pizza on it.
Use the reverse griddle side which is designed to sear steaks, grill burgers and so much more.
This Nordic Ware 12" Flat Top Reversible Round Griddle features a perimeter well on each side, designed to capture grease as well as excessive moisture.
Flipping and cleaning is easy, thanks to the durable, state-of-the-art, PFOA-free non-stick surface.
Suitable for use on gas, electric and ceramic hobs.
