This Nordic Ware Sizzling Steak Server is a true classic that performs time after time, no wonder it's been a classic Nordic Ware line since the 1940s!
Once your steak or chop is nearly cooked, place the stainless steel platter on top of the barbecue lid, or for an extra sizzling result, place it directly on the grill grates.
When you're ready to take the food off of the grill, slide the heated serving plate into the insulated base and transfer meat onto plate.
Perfect for barbecue staples such as grilled chicken, steak or pork chops, these items will keep warm whilst you add the finishing touches to your dish.
