This Rockingham Forge 20cm RF-1280 Series Carving Knife is suitable for cutting thin slices of chicken, beef, pork or lamb.
Made to produce uniform cuts, this knife can also make quick work of larger fruits and vegetables, arranging them into perfect slices in one smooth motion. Compared to a chef's knife, this carving knife boasts a much shorter spine, perfect for using to filet or slice fish.
Boasts a high quality German steel blade that can be sharpen easily and is both rust and corrosion resistant.
Finished with an elegant and contemporary black curved handle, with perfect balance as well as durability and comfort.
