This Scanpan TechnIQ 28cm Frying Basket, is designed for use with the Scanpan TechnIQ 30cm Braiser, which is available to purchase separately subject to stock.
This frying basket is perfect for deep frying an array of foods such as chips, chicken, churros and so much more. This frying basket can even be used for boiling ingredients such as vegetables or even pasta.
