This braiser boasts extra high walls to help trap heat for even cooking and superior braising.
The Scanpan TechnIQ 30cm Braiser is perfect for sautéing, braising and simmering.
This pan is oven safe up to 260°C, which means it is also suitable for baking. Ideal for frying fish, onion rings, as well as for boiling dishes such as ravioli and tortellini pasta.
The Giant Braiser from Scanpan comes with Stratanium+ professional grade non-stick to support excellent food release and is exceptionally easy to clean.
