The flat bottomed wok is conveniently pre-seasoned and heats up quickly and provides even heat distribution even at a high heat. Ideal for curries, stir-frys and deep frying the pre-seasoned wok gives dishes a caramalised flavour.
Suitable for use on all hob types including induction this 36cm carbon steel wok is suitable for everyday use. Hand Wash and dry thoroughly on the hob to preserve the seasoned cooking surface and to prevent rusting.
