The School of Wok Silicone Strainer is designed from the traditional 'birds nest' strainer but with non-stick woks in mind.
The strainer features a sustainable bamboo handle which stays cool when cooking for comfort and is also angled for chinese cooking with a wok or frying pan and reduces the risk of burns.
The strainer has a food safe 'School of Wok' branded silicone head which prevents damaging the non-stick surface of the wok when cooking.
The School of Wok Silicone Strainer is complete with a 2 year manufacturers guarantee.
