This Spice Kitchen Single Spice Blends Tandoori Masala is supplied in an 80g tin, which is approximately 12-16 servings.
This classic Indian mixture is perfect for marinating meat before cooking, boasting flavours as lively as its natural orange-red hue. It's bold, comforting, and harmoniously balanced.
Mix 2 teaspoons of this blend with yogurt or oil, along with 1 teaspoon of salt, and use it to marinate meats for a maximum of 24 hours. For paneer, fish, and vegetables, marinate for up to 6 hours. Then, barbecue or grill until they are fully cooked and have a delicious charred flavour.
