Simply remove your roast from the oven and insert the ultra-thin stainless steel probe into its centre. The large digital display will instantly provide an accurate temperature reading in °C or °F from -40°C to 230°C (-40°F to 460°F).
The display can be pivoted in a variety of different angles, whether you are taking the temperature of a beef brisket or a large turkey.
