Taylor Pro USB Rechargeable Digital Thermometer
Cook meat and fish safely and to perfection with the help of the Taylor Pro USB Rechargeable Digital Thermometer. Endorsed by Michelin-starred chef Michel Roux Jr, this USB rechargeable thermometer uses Thermocouple technology for fast and accurate readings in under six seconds.
The stainless steel probe, which has a temperature range of -40°C to 250°C (-40°F to 482°F), has a 1.5mm tapered tip that will only leave a small mark in food, helping to retain its flavour and moisture.
USDA cooking temperatures for meat, poultry and fish on the protective sleeve ensure you always have the correct cooking temperatures close to hand.
No disposable batteries are required as this digital thermometer uses a lithium ion battery which can be recharged via a USB cable (included with the thermometer). Once fully powered up there's enough charge for around two weeks of normal usage.
A large, easy to read display screen with backlight displays the temperature reading in either celsius or fahrenheit and a handy HOLD function freezes the temperature on the display, even after the probe has been removed from the food.
