Made in Sheffield by skilled makers, this Taylor's Eye Witness Professional Series Sheffield Made 18cm Cleaver is of a classic design and part of a range that won the Design Council Award for 'An Outstanding British Product'.
The 18cm blade on this cleaver is precision ground and hand honed from high carbon stainless steel for perfect edge retention.
Shaped to fit perfectly in the hand, the contours of the handle make it virtually impossible for the knife to accidently slip during use.
Although this Professional Series 18cm cleaver from Taylor's Eye Witness is dishwasher safe, we would recommended hand washing.
