Taylor's Eye Witness Professional Stainless Steel Pineapple Corer
Take the hassle out of preparing fresh pineapple with the Taylor's Eye Witness Professional Stainless Steel Pineapple Corer. This clever device cores and slices fresh pineapple in one smooth action. Simply remove the top from a ripe pineapple and insert the blade into the centre of the flesh. Twist the slicer clockwise and the serrated auger will do the rest. As soon as the blade reaches the base of the pineapple you can retract the corer. Remove the handle and then remove the continuous spiral of pineapple from the shaft ready for cutting into chunks.
If you leave the base of the pineapple intact, you can remove the core and remaining fruit, making a pineapple cup in which you can serve your Pina Colada - just add a cocktail umbrella to complete the look!
