The Alfresco Chef 4 piece set includes: Peel - safely serve your pizza from the oven, Turning Peel - Use this for turning the pizza around in the oven so all sides are cooked evenly, Brush - The brush is used to clean the oven after use from dust and ash, Ember Rake - The rake can be used for moving the burning ember wood when in the oven.
Each of the pieces in the set are 120cm in length so they can be safely used at a distance, protecting hands from the heat.
