This stunning hand crafted Tom Kerridge 19cm Santoku Knife oozes attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
Designed for slicing, dicing and mincing, the Santoku blade features a series of scallops to allow air between the blade and what is being cut preventing build up on the blade.
This Santoku knife is the result of a collaboration between a modern two Michelin star chef and a manufacturer with a lifetimes experience and finely-honed skills.
The precision ground blade is fully forged from X50CrMoV15 high carbon stainless steel and is laser-etched with the Tom Kerridge brand mark. The blade is also heat treated and tempered to achieve the optimum Rockwell hardness.
The denim micarta handle is hand crafted, making each one unique and highly tactile to the touch. With a heel for added comfort and leverage, the ergonomic handle is attached by hand to the full tang and brass inlays with brass rivets
