Tomorrow's Kitchen Coconut Opener
The end of the opener has a rounded blunt blade that can puncture through the 'soft eye' of the coconut, the milk can then be easily poured away.
The blunt steel can then be used to crack the coconut in half.
The Coconut Opener has a steel edge riveted into a wooden handle, the wood can be restored occasionally by rubbing food grade oil into the grain.
