Using a Vitamix Ascent™ Series blender, you can create small batches of dips, baby food, smoothie bowls and salad dressings, that are immediately ready to serve, store, or pack into lunch boxes. The convenient size of this set is also perfect for quick chopping of garlic and onion. The containers are made of BPA-free Eastman Tritan® and the blade base contains laser-cut blades that are crafted from the same hardened stainless steel as Vitamix full-size machines, delivering better blends and longer life. Your Ascent™ Series blender will recognize the containers and automatically adjust blend settings for their smaller size with its self-detect technology. All items of this set are dishwasher safe, alternatively you can place a drop of drop of dish soap and warm water into the bowls and run on the high setting for 30 seconds.
