We are an independent, family business who have been trading now for over 100 years. Our current Managing Director, Graham Hart, is the great grandson of Walter Hart, who originally set up as a blacksmith on the very site in Sturminster Newton that our store still occupies today. Our heritage as a family business is important to us and is a constant drive for us to improve even further.

Eco-Friendly Packaging

We try to reduce our environmental impact wherever possible. We reuse cardboard boxes where we are able to do so and choose recyclable or biodegradable options for packing filler.

On-Site Warehouse

We take great care when packing all parcels to ensure that they reach you in perfect condition. With the exception of a few items which are shipped direct from the manufacturer, all products ordered direct from our website are dispatched from our warehouse on-site. We don&aps;t employ any third party fulfillment services, meaning we can maintain our quality control levels to the highest standards.
