Q: Festive jumpers… yes or no? A: No, I haven't got a six pack! Q: Favourite Christmas song? A: Merry Christmas Everybody by Slade. It was first released in 1973 and reminds me of school discos. Q: Favourite Festive Movie? A: Home Alone with Love Actually being a close runner-up. Q: What’s your first memory of Christmas? A: My Dad dressing up as Santa using shaving foam as a beard. Q: Brussels sprouts… yes or no? A: Yes, especially when my son cooks them with lardons and garlic. Q: What’s on the top of your tree? A: An angel. Q: Post-Christmas dinner activity? A: We always go for a walk with the family and then play a game of Monopoly. Q: What is your favourite festive tradition? A: Making the brandy butter on Christmas Eve with my wife. Q: Favourite festive food? A: Smoked salmon starter then roast turkey and all the trimmings finished off with traditional Christmas pud with lots of brandy butter. Q: When you were young, what was the one present you always asked for, but never received?A: I always wanted an Action Man. Perhaps Santa thought I was too old.
