This set includes 2 x fondue forks, 1 x base, 1 x small pot, 1 x big pot and 1 x tealight.
Using the bain-marie method for chocolate fondue prevents the chocolate from becoming gritty or bitter, simply add 100ml of water to the big pot, place the small pot on top with chocolate melted in the microwave and let the water evenly distribute the heat.
The bain-marie method keeps the melted chocolate at an optimal temperature of 40 °C.
