This Furi 9 piece set contains the following knives: 9cm Paring Knife, 12cm Asian Utility Knife, 15cm Utility Knife, 15cm Serrated Utility Knife, 17cm East/West Santoku Knife, 20cm Cook's Knife, 20cm Carving Knife and 18cm Carving Fork. Each knife has a high performance Japanese stainless steel blade with an optimised bolster and innovative reverse-wedge handle for improved grip. Furi knives should be hand washed in soapy water and then dried thoroughly. The wooden knife block can be cleaned with a damp cloth.
