Global GS-109AN 35th Anniversary 13cm Santoku Knife
The Global GS-109AN 35th Anniversary 13cm Santoku Knife is based on Global's larger G-46 Santoku knife and features the Global 35th Anniversary logo on the blade.
Perfectly sized for cutting small fruit and vegetables and adheres to the three ways of the Santoku - dicing, slicing and mincing.
Made in Japan using Global's exclusive Cromova18 high carbon stainless steel, the blade is sharpened to an acute 15° cutting edge, ensuring that the blade stays sharper for longer.
