The Microplane Gourmet Julienne Slicer is designed to a professional standard with razor sharp stainless steel blades.
Ideal for creating uniform slices of carrot, courgette, potato, beetroot and apples and can also be used for shredding cabbage.
The ergonomic handle has a soft touch finish and provides a firm and comfortable grip.
The end of the julienne slicer has a non-slip rubber foot for holding it in place when in use for perfect control and safety.
