Fully forged from a single piece of German DIN 1.4116 stainless steel with a full tang for strength and balance. The edge of the knife is hand applied 15° japanese style edge for sharpness combined with an ergonomic handle which provides a firm and comfortable grip.
The 11cm santoku knife is perfect for everyday use and is dishwasher safe for easy and convenient cleaning.
