Made in Sheffield by skilled makers, this Taylor's Eye Witness Professional Series Sheffield Made 25cm Sharpening Steel is of a classic design and part of a range that won the Design Council Award for 'An Outstanding British Product'.
Use this sharpening steel to realign the microscopic curls, kinks and folds that appear on a knife's blade during use. This restructuring of the grind profile produces a better cutting profile and longer lasting sharpness.
Shaped to fit perfectly in the hand, the contours of the handle make it virtually impossible for the sharpening steel to accidently slip during use.
