Produced in Thiers, France, the original home of the world famous Sabatier brand, this Veritable Sabatier French Made 20cm Sharpening Steel will help maintain the sharpness of your Veritable Sabatier knives.
Use this sharpening steel to realign the microscopic curls, kinks and folds that appear on a knife's blade during use. This restructuring of the grind profile produces a better cutting profile and longer lasting sharpness. For outstanding performance, balance and control, the high density handle is secured in place by three solid brass rivets.
