The Zyliss SpiraSlice creates spirals, ribbons and sheets from vegetables and fruits like potatoes, cucumber, courgette and carrots plus many more. The simple to use slicer is operated by turning the handle on the side and comes with 3 interchangeable blades for different style results.
The SpiraSlice is a great way of getting more fresh food into recipes like vegetable spaghetti or lasagne sheets made from butternut squash.
