As the name implies, the Sage Bambino Plus may be small in size but it is certainly big on taste!
This delightfully compact machine with its stylish brushed stainless steel finish produces cafe quality coffee without compromise, covering the four key elements that make up a great tasting cup of coffee.
The 54mm portafilter holds the perfect 19 grams of pre ground coffee for a full and balanced flavour. (Pair up with a Sage coffee grinder to grind fresh coffee beans!)
Low pressure pre-infusion is used to at the start of extraction before pressure is gradually increased whilst the digital temperature control (PID) provides the precise water temperature for well-rounded espresso extraction.
Water is heated in as little as 3 seconds by the ThermoJet Heating System which also delivers instantaneous steam for milk texturing.
The Sage Bambino Plus has an automatic steam wand which lets you steam milk and gives you full control of the temperature and texture of your milk, delivering barista quality microfoam for delicious flavour and endless latte art opportunities.
After steaming a clever Auto Purge function purges the heating system so your next espresso will be extracted at the correct temperature, and the handy drip tray keeps things tidy.
