The Barista Pro Coffee Machine features an LCD interface that allows you more control over settings for brewing espresso.
The screen provides all the information you need to make coffee exactly the way you like it, customize your espresso by adjusting grind size, dose amount and shot volume.
Complete with a 3 second heat up time and precise espresso extraction, with the Sage Barista Pro you can go bean to cup from coffee beans to barista quality coffee faster than ever before.
The grinder timer is accurate to half a second which roughly equals half a gram of ground coffee for precise control over coffee dosage.
Low pressure pre-infusion gently soaks the coffee before extraction for even espresso extraction.
PID temperature control gives precise and stable temperature of water during espresso extraction for a more balanced flavour.
The 54mm portafilter allows between 18 and 22 grams of coffee for the perfect dose of espresso.
All of these features are integrated into an extremely elegant design. The brushed stainless steel construction is both stylish and practical and will look good in a traditional or contemporary kitchen.
